Intro
The Citizens Advice Bureau is a free, impartial, independent and confidential service, giving information and advice on all subjects to anyone who needs it.
The bureau is staffed mainly by volunteers who undertake comprehensive training in order to deal with clients' enquiries.
The bureau has specialist advisors in debt, welfare benefits and employment, and complex enquiries can be referred to case workers.
Middleton / Heywood branch (Milton Street, 0161 284 0334) can offer in-bureau specialist appointments in employment, housing (Rochdale Law Centre) and consumer enquiries (Trading Standards).
We aim to provide a full service to all who require the help and services of the bureau.
